March 12 2012: - Modification of complex functions to today's fortran
                 standards

September 12 2007: - Link to MRST2001 PDFs corrected due to errorneous
                     interchange of u and d. (thanks to M. Ciccolini)

April 12 2005: - Link to CTEQ6 and MRST2001 PDFs
                 (NGROUP = -1: CTEQ6    -2: MRST2001)

July 18 2001 : - Addition of the cut EPSILON to input file for
                 controlling instabilities at very large energies
                 (thanks to Tao Han).

January 13 1999 : - Improvement of the whole function RUNM including a
                    change in the input strange mass (MSbar mass at Q=1 GeV)
