- Image referencing (manual) A plugin to perform dose corrected image referencing. The plugin takes a image or image stack and computes the exponent from Beer-Lamberts law using open beam and dark current images. Note: The plugin was compiled with IJ 1.42q
- Split double shutter images This is a plugin specialized for the double shutter feature of thhe PCO.4000 camera. In this mode the camera writes two images on top of each other in the same image file. The plugin takes a stack of such images splits each image in two and creates a new stack with single images. The plugin was compiled with IJ 1.43u
- Data conversion filter for the PCO fts format This filter converts the fits files produced by the PCO camera to the correct display. Essentially it adds 32768 to the data and removes the limits in the image.
Applications
My applications are implemented with cross platform compatibility in mind. Here, only the 32-bit Windows version is provided but I also have a 64-bit Linux version available. If you are interested in the Linux versions please tell me.
- TomoMerge: An application to merge and reslice 3D data sets saved as TIFF images
- Merging requires two volume data sets and creates one continuous slice sequence. There must be an overlapping region, in this region the images are mixed between data set A and B.
- Reslicing takes one data set and creates images in the XZ and YZ directions.
- MuhRec: My own CT reconstructor
